We're planning our first volunteer day in a long time to work on one of the most popular backcountry trails! We will be working on the lower sections of Camuesa and focus on improving sustainability and safety of some key sections. We will meet at the dirt parking lot at the bottom trailhead at 8:30am and provide tools and safety instructions there. We will then hike in together starting around 9am.

Due to COVID, we ask that you bring your own water and food for the event. Forest Service safety rules require that you wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, gloves, and either your own bike helmet or we can lend you a work helmet.
Some refreshments will be provided afterwards.
